अग्निपथ के दौरान रिक्वायरमेंट:

अग्निपथ स्कीम मैं अग्निवीर के भर्ती हेतु वायु सेना ने अपने वेबसाइट पर इसके सारे डिटेल को पतला दिया है इस डिटेल के अनुसार वायु सेना के द्वारा अग्निवीर को दिए जाने वाले सुविधा मौजूद है जो अस्थाई हवाई सैनिकों को मिलने वाली सुविधा के अनुसार ही होती है एयर फोर्स के द्वारा उनके वेबसाइट पर अपलोड की गई जानकारी के अनुसार की सैलरी के हार्ड शिप अलाउंस ,यूनिफॉर्म एलाउंस ,तथा कैंटीन की सुविधा तथा यह सुविधा एक रेगुलर सैनिक को मिलती है |तथा ओ सेवाकाल के दौरान ट्रैवल की सुविधा भी मौजूद है इसके साथ साथ में है छुट्टी मिलेगी और साथ ही उनके लिए एक अलग से मेडिकल लीव की व्यवस्था होगी अग्नि वीरों के लिए सीएसडी सुविधा भी मिलेगी अगर दुर्भाग्यवश 4 साल के सेवा के दौरान किसी वीर की मृत्यु हो जाती है तो उनके परिवार को इंसुरेंस कवर भी मिलेगा तथा उनके परिवार को एक करोड़ रुपए की रकम भी दी जाएगीअग्नि वीरों को परफॉर्मेंस के आधार पर मिलेगा रेगुलर कैडर |

वायु सेना ने बतलाया है कि वायु सेना में इन वीरों की भर्ती एयरफोर्स एक्ट सन 1950 के तहत 4 साल के लिए ही होगी जिसके
दौरान वायु सेना में अग्नि वीरो का अपना एक अलग ही रैंक होगा जो मौजूदा रंग से बहुत ही भिन्न होता है अग्नि वीरो को अग्निपथ के स्कीम के तहत सभी शर्तों को मानना होगा अग्नि वीरों की उम्र कम से कम 18 वर्ष से कम होनी चाहिए उन्हें अपने माता पिता अपने अभिभावक का हस्ताक्षर करवाना अति आवश्यक होगा जो की नियुक्ति पत्र पर होगा इसमें 4 साल की सेवा के दौरान 25 फ़ीसदी अग्निवीर की नियुक्ति सेवाकाल में सर्विस के दौरान उनके परफॉर्मेंस के आधार पर की जाएगी |

अग्नीपथ स्कीम:

अग्निपथ वीरों के लिए केंद्र सरकार ने सेना , नौसेना, वायु सेना भर्ती के लिए जारी कर दी है इसके अंतर्गत सेना सैनिकों को 4 साल की भर्ती की जाएगी और उन्हें ही अग्निवीर कहा जाएगा जिसमें नौसेना प्रमुख एडमिरल आर हरि कुमार ने इस योजना को दूरदर्शी कदम रूप से बतलाया है और उन्होंने यह भी कहा है कि योजना के अंतर्गत नौसेना की ताकत और भी बढ़ाई जाएगी |एडमिरल हरि कुमार ने यह भी बताया कि इससे अग्नि वीरों को अनेक सारे अनुभव मिलेंगे जैसे की वरशिप, सबमरीन एयरक्राफ्ट कैरियर तथा मिलट्री एयरक्राफ्ट आधुनिक हथियारों जैसे आधुनिक हथियारों पर काम करने का अनूठा अनुभव करेंगे|

केंद्र सरकार की इस अग्नीपथ योजना के अंतर्गत युवाओं की भर्ती की जाएगी:

देश के रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह के द्वारा है यह बतलाया गया है कि अग्निपथ योजना के तहत रोजगार भी बढ़ेगी क्योंकि वह देश के सेवा के दौरान वह बहुत सी स्किल और अनुभव हासिल कर पाएंगे तथा विभिन्न विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में विभिन्न रवि नौकरियां भी प्राप्त कर सकेंगे|

Although the scheme is very beneficial for the candidates, there is some criticism about the scheme. Given below is the list of the criticism about the scheme:

• Applicants who will get selected for the recruitment will be able eligible to work for only 4 years.
• After the completion of the service, the authority will not provide any job to the Agniveers.
• The Agniveers will only get the amount selected by the authority after the service. They will not provide any passion or relation accommodation to the candidates.
• After the 4 years of service, only 25% of the candidates will be retained for the Indian Armed Force and the remaining candidates will be shown the exit gate.
• From now onwards, the selection will be made from this scheme only which is a major drawback.
• The age limit of the candidates to apply for the scheme is very low which means only a small fraction of the population will be eligible to apply for it

जाने की क्या है सेना में भर्ती होने के लिए औसत आयु:

सेना प्रमुख जनरल मनोज पांडे के द्वारा यह बताया गया है कि अग्नीपथ योजना के तहत यह प्रयास किया जा रहा है कि देश की सशस्त्र सेनाओं का प्रोफाइल युवा रखा जाए जो इस देश के जनसंख्या के आधार का है जिसके एक निश्चित आयु है जिसमें 17 साल से लेकर युवाओं को 21 शाम तक के युवाओं को इस पद में भर्ती किया जाएगा और यह भी बतलाया लाया गया है कि ऐसे में सेना की उम्र औसत आयु के उम्र से 26 साल तक की हो जाएगी सेना प्रमुख जनरल मनोज पांडे के द्वारा यह भी बताया गया है कि अभी सेनाओं की औसत आयु 32 साल है|सेना प्रमुख जनरल ने सीधी तरह से यह भी बताया है कि इस योजना के अंतर्गत अग्नि वीरो की ट्रेनिंग 4 साल के अंतर्गत इस प्रकार की होगी कि उन्हें चीन और पाकिस्तान की सीमा पर किया तैनात जाएगा रक्षा मंत्री ने अभी बताया है कि इससे रोजगार में भी बढ़ोतरी होगी और उन्हें विभिन्न प्रकार के स्किल का भी अनुभव कराया जाएगा जिसके अनुभव से वह अनेक प्रकार की नौकरियां हासिल कर पाएंगे रक्षा मंत्री के दौरान एक और बात बतलाई गई की इस अग्नीपथ योजना के दौरान अर्थव्यवस्था को भी हायर स्किल द्वारका फोर्स मिलेगा की जीडीपी के विकास में भी बहुत सहायक होगा|

अग्निवीर की भर्ती के दौरान उनकी यह भर्ती मात्र 4 साल के लिए होगी जिसके दौरान उन्हें अग्निवीर कहा जाएगा|

Agneepath Scheme 2022: Compensation in case of death :

Under the Agneepath scheme, a non-contributory life insurance of Rs 48 lakh will be given to the candidates joining the army. On the other hand, if someone dies during the service, then a grant of 44 lakhs will be given to the family. Apart from these 44 lakh rupees, the government will also pay for the unserved tenure of such martyrs for 4 years and the pension received by the soldiers recruited through other Agneepath schemes will also be given to the family of the martyr.

On the other hand, if a soldier becomes disabled during service, then he will be given compensation based on the percentage of his disability. The amount of compensation is given in the table below-

अग्नि वीरों की सैलरी होती है इतनी :
