What is E Shramik Card and how many digits is it?
eShram Card will be issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment to the workers of the unorganized sector, which they will get after registering on the eshram portal , the eshram card will be a 12 digit unique ID which will be different for each worker. The unique ID will contain almost all the information of the worker such as his name, his address, how educated he is, what work the worker is aware of and how many years of experience he has in which work, etc. After which the workers will be easily provided with the means of employment by the central government according to their experience and need. Self-Employment Scheme for Rehabilitation of Manual Scavengers (Revised)
