Patta Chitta Online Application Charges?

If you apply to get Patta Chitta online documents through the official website of land records in the state of Tamil Nadu, eservices.tn.gov.in , then you have to pay ₹ 100 fee.

If you have applied to get the Patta Chitta online documents from the official website of land records in the state of Tamil Nadu, eservices.tn.gov.in ,  you can also check the Patta Chitta status status .

Process to check Chitta Patta status

• ➡️ As soon as you go to the website, at the bottom of Departmental user login , you will see an option to know your application status↗️ .
• ➡️ As soon as you click on the option to know your application status , a new page will open in front of you. As shown below.

Note: – Application id is available when you apply Patta Chitta online and when you pay the fees.

• ➡️ On clicking on Gate status , your Patta Chitta Status opens in front of you on the next screen.

Patta Chitta Certificate Verification Process

If you want to verify your Patta Chitta certificate , then the process has also been given to do Patta Chitta certificate verification , you have to follow the following procedure carefully.

• ➡️ First of all visit the official website of Milanadu Land Records eservices.tn.gov.in . Click here to go to eservices.tn.gov.in .
• ➡️ As soon as you go to eservices.tn.gov.in on the home page, you get to see the option of Verify Patta under Verify web Issued Patta / A- Register Extract Click on Verify Patta ↗️.
• ➡️ as soon as you verify Leaf Chitta online  click will open a new page in front of you where you Reference Number must click on the button to submit enter.
• ➡️ As soon as you submit, whether your tn patta chitta is  valid or not, Patta Chitta Certificate is correct or not.

Patta Chitta Transfer

If you sell your land and you  want to transfer Patta Chitta, then the process is also there.

• ➡️ Send the application to the Tehsildar or the concerned officer of your district or your village.
• ➡️ The application can be accepted or rejected on the basis of examination and investigation by the concerned authorities, the Tehsildar and the concerned officer have been given full right to accept the application or reject the application.

Note: – There is no facility to transfer leaf chitta online right now. To transfer the leaf letter online, you will have to meet the concerned officer offline only.
