Rs 847.5 Crores Have Been Allocated For Approved Projects

Till 19th November 2019, there are 84 projects that are sanctioned under the MKSP , aligning with the MKSP objective, across 24 States. The government’s ambition encompasses targeting 273 districts under the scheme, in pursuit of fulfilling the MKSP objective. Out of these 273 districts, the Mahila Kisan Sashaktikaran Pariyojna is being meticulously implemented in 238 districts, effectively advancing the MKSP objective. With precision, the scheme aims to benefit over 33.81 lakh beneficiaries across the 84 projects sanctioned. Impressively, these projects have surpassed their targets, impacting approximately 36.06 lakh beneficiaries, resonating with the essence of the MKSP objective. To support these commendable efforts, the Government of India has allocated a substantial sum of Rs 847.5 crores for the approved projects, of which Rs 579.8 crores have already been released as of 30th September 2019.
