Keeping this in mind, it has been decided by the Government of Bihar to give ₹ 1000 to the citizens of the state in view of this disaster under the Chief Minister Relief Fund Scheme .
Assistance of ₹ 1000 will be given to the people stranded outside Bihar under the Chief Minister’s Special Assistance through Bihar Patna by Honorable Shri Nitish Kumar Ji, Chief Minister of Bihar, Relief Fund Scheme.

Bihar Chief Minister Relief Package.
The Chief Minister Relief Package was announced by the Government of Bihar in view of the ban of Coronavirus , which focused on giving benefits to poor families, laborers, MNREGA job card holders, farmers etc.
Ration card holders have been given ₹ 1000 by the Government of Bihar , along with a discount in the price of ration, BPL ration card holders in Bihar are being given ₹ 2 per kg of wheat and ₹ 3 per kg of rice. Also, under the exemption from the central government, these families are being given 5 kg per person of additional wheat or rice along with 1 kg of pulses per family for free.
These people got exemption in the central government relief package.
Jan Dhan account holders will be given 1500 rupees for 3 months at the rate of ₹ 500 per month.
Free cylinder for 3 months to the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana.
All dues paid to MNREGA job card holders.
Pension holders will be given 3 months pension in advance only.
